Concept-to-Launch Oversight

From the first spark of an idea to the final export, I manage the entire production pipeline. This means writing treatments and briefs, building the right team, securing equipment and scheduling to keep everything moving forward. You bring the concept and I’ll see it through to launch with clarity and a strong creative through-line.

Creative Direction

I set and maintain the artistic vision from pre-production all the way through to post. Whether it’s tone, pacing, visual style or world-building, I make sure every decision supports the project’s core identity and that the final product feels cohesive and intentional.​

Episode & Season Development

For long-form storytelling, I can shape your project from the top down. I build season arcs, episode-level beats, character journeys and the structural backbone that keeps audiences invested. If you need someone to help develop a world, refine a concept or map out a storyline or season, I can take that on.

Episode Writing

Team Coordination

Production workflows get complicated fast. I coordinate the cast, crew and any creative departments so everyone knows what they’re doing, why they’re doing it and when it needs to be done by. My job is to keep people informed and working toward the same vision. With a strong background in production logistics and an MML lean management certificate, I know how to keep people on task and a project on schedule.

Casting

I manage casting from the brief to final selection. That includes writing audition sides, reviewing tapes, assessing chemistry, coordinating with directors, plus handling schedules and logistics. I have strong discernment when it comes to casting and know instinctively who will best suit the project. I look for talent that fits both creatively and practically, and pride myself on my ability to spot diamonds in the rough.

Editing & Sound Design

I handle both the high-level creative decisions and the hands-on technical work. For my podcasts, that means everything: planning, writing, voice acting, editing, sound design, music integration, mastering, exporting, distributing and managing the launch (plus marketing!). If you need someone who can wear multiple hats and keep quality consistent across the board, I can do it all.​

Show Branding & Creative Guidance

I have developed clear, cohesive branding for my own projects, everything from logos and colour palettes to social content, website/landing page direction and tone-of-voice. I keep all assets and communications aligned with the project’s identity so the audience gets a consistent experience no matter where they find us.

Distribution & Launch Strategy

Once the project is ready, I help plan how it meets its audience. I develop distribution strategies for podcasts, web series, video projects and YouTube content. This includes rollout planning, optimisation and launch materials.​​
